Director of Finance

Our client has a very interesting and state of the art stable of products that is used in many countries around the world. They are extremely well established and have been a very successful company. An excellent position has arisen for a hands-on Director of Finance to act as a key financial resource for the management team.It is important that the successful candidate have previous and proven experience in a manufacturing environment and enjoy working with production costs and inventory concepts. It is also advantageous that you have an understanding of ERP systems and enjoy working with them.You will also be entrusted to provide strategic direction including:Preparing consolidated financial statementsAssisting in the budgeting processCost controlPreparing cash flowsMaintaining banking relationshipsRisk managementLiaison with the auditorsThe successful candidate should be a designated CPA that enjoys working in a team environment and has a strong aptitude for computers.Job Ref #890
