We are seeking a talented and professional Sales Executive - Austin to join our team.

Responsibilities:Drive innovative strategies throughout the sales and proposal processes, working closely with market leadership to develop, manage, and forecast account activities.Establish and nurture strong executive relationships to promote business growth, while also initiating, leading, and negotiating strategic opportunities with both new and existing clients to build a diverse portfolio of business.Identify and cultivate new opportunities through consultant networks, engage with a broad spectrum of buyers, and organize impactful marketing events will be essential in expanding our reach and driving new business.Lead by example, serving as a recognized sales authority within the organization while mentoring and developing the skills of sales, account, and alliance teams.Develop a deep understanding of our solutions to create early-stage opportunities and guide the maturation of deals, all while collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and visibility.Advise pursuit teams and helping craft optimal solutions during the pursuit process to maximize customer value.Work closely with key stakeholders in our alliance ecosystem, with a focus on Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft, to leverage partnerships that strengthen our market position.Actively build your personal and professional brand, both internally and externally, by networking within the partner ecosystem to showcase our capabilities, unique model, and competitive edge.Deliver engaging presentations to partner employees, prospective clients, and procurement teams, effectively communicating our core values and successes to generate interest and drive a robust pipeline.Travel of up to 30% to attend industry conferences, customer meetings, partner events, trade shows, and other key engagements.Strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, a collaborative coaching mindset, and a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:

10+ years of previous experience generating $10+ million sales of services solutions, shaping and selling solutions operating as a player/coach.Deep experience working with clients in the Financial Services and Manufacturing industries.Demonstrated passion and experience for establishing a culture of learning and teaming.Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue targets.
