The Regional Health Technology Business Operations team is accountable for the program objectives and takes appropriate action to ensure obligations are met. The role focuses on the AR/AP/ProcurementBudget Management and Employee Engagement for the Regional Health Technology teams. They are an advocate for change while addressing process and policy documentation and streamlining. They are expected to work autonomously and have minimal interaction with HR/Project Leader. Responsibilities: The Business Operations & Financial Services Analyst is accountable for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, PO/Invoicing processing, contracting/vendor agreement management, procurement, employee engagement and resourcing management. They influence and sponsor cross-organizational decisions on work prioritization, reporting and long range standards of performance. The Business Operations & Financial Services Analyst demonstrates an understanding of Finance and Accounting principles, excellent communication skills and a creative mindset. Must be able to manage business sponsor relationships, navigate the political landscape and address escalations. Lead efforts to improve processes and create related documentation. Must have working knowledge of Google Workplace. While this role will not oversee a typical portfolio of project work, the Analyst may be called upon to manage efforts within the team leadership responsibilities.
