Description and Requirements Role Overview As a Functional Analyst you will work on a fast-paced, product-focused team, building and deploying systems that are customer-first. You will elicit and understand business requirements, and work with the business product owners and the application development teams to capture the right solution. You will partner with and build relationships with cross-functional teams that support various business areas and technology to deliver high-quality, innovative, and engaging conversational solutions. The role requires strong communication, analysis skills, and problem-solving skills. This role will be responsible for creating solutions to meet our business goals - working in an agile delivery model. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Participate in discovery sessions to observe, document, and validate business processes and capture key insights. Elicit, analyze, document functional and non-functional requirements. Create user stories and wireframes to conceptualize future states for user experience, new or enhanced services, and business cases. Defining acceptance criteria . Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions. Manage the product backlog and prioritize the features/ stories based on business priorities. Engage in all stages of product creation including design and development and provide necessary clarifications. Involved in all implementations, testing (unit/system/integration), integration and issue resolution around COTS/SaaS solution. Provide functional support and configuration expertise for applications within the portfolio. Monitor and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process. L iaison with the product team and end-users to deliver updates. Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints. Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports. Required 5+ years as a Business Systems/Functional Analyst or a Consultant creating technology solutions. BA/BS degree required, major in related field preferred. Expert skills in requirements elicitations, and analysis. Ability to document and create mocks/prototypes for team to consume. Experience creating requirements documentation: Use Cases, User Stories. Data analysis experience using excel. Experience in agile methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details, as well as, demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills; ability to establish strong relationships. Preferred: Experience with SAFe® Agile. Experience with Azure DevOps. Knowledge of implementing AI technologies such as, machine learning, NLP, generative AI, Conversational AI. Exposure to modern AI concepts such as generative AI, various models of machine learning, large language models, as well involvement in older concepts like automation, and robotics. Knowledge of auditing processes, technology, and communication strategies. Knowledge of AI best practices, standards, and trends, as well as user interface design and natural language processing techniques. The salary range for applicants for this position is $86,400 - $132,400.
