Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA team, overseeing the testing process for E-commerce, Web, and Mobile applications.
Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
Drive the design and development of scalable and reusable automated testing frameworks for E-commerce, Web, and Mobile applications.
Establish and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices across the QA team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product Management, and UX/UI to ensure product quality and timely releases.
Conduct regular reviews, assessments, and audits of testing processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Mentor and coach QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and growth within the team.
Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends, and implement them to enhance the testing ecosystem.
Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (12+ years) in QA management roles, focusing on E-commerce, Web, and Mobile testing.
Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Extensive knowledge of E-commerce platforms, web technologies, and mobile application testing.
Experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for large-scale applications.
Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution across various platforms.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
