Position Summary:
As a Master Electrician at Mr. Electric, you will play a leadership role in coordinating the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and electronic components. In alignment with our code of values, you will demonstrate respect and courtesy to both customers and team members.
This position is ideal for you if you are a Master Licensed Electrician dedicated to your craft. You possess strong leadership skills, capable of training and supervising apprentices and journeymen. You are focused, responsible, self-motivated, and skilled in troubleshooting. Your commitment to providing the highest level of customer service helps you earn the trust of your clients
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Training:
Train and supervise journeymen and apprentices on your team.Installation & Maintenance:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment.Troubleshooting:
Assess the condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs.Project Assessment:
Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects. Evaluate customer requests and provide detailed work order descriptions and project pricing.Safety Compliance:
Follow established processes and procedures with safety as a primary concern for both yourself and the customer.Job Requirements:
Licensing:
Master Electrician license.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects as necessary.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology.Professionalism:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Attitude:
