Title: Associate Account Manager/Account Manager

Reports to: Account Executive

SUMMARY

A member of the Commercial Lines Division team providing customer service for commercial lines clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESSet up, implement and manage Resource Pro with TSIL Installment InvoicingSet up, implement and manage RSP with regularly scheduled correspondence including Quarterly Self Audits, Installment Invoice Delivery, Assessment/Paid Loss/Closing Cost Invoice deliveryDay to day certificate issuance when additional coverages are neededClass Code/Rate Request assistanceUnderstanding and facilitation of restricted codes and approval processes in all programsPreparing Annual TSIL Renewal snapshot for all TSIL clientsManage updates of customer and policy information in account management systemManage and understand all carrier and wholesaler contactsReview policy and endorsements for accuracy; report errors to insurance company for correction, notify insured of changes requested. Initial check of all AAM accounts in addition to ownership of assigned AM accounts. Use and Manage diaries in AMS as appropriateContract reviewInterface with clients on staffing specific and insurance related questionsUnderstanding and ability to assist clients with program specific consultationPrepare and communicate Forecasting for captive clients per service level or emergent needPrepare presentations for AM/AE meetingsComplete proposalsRenewal and Marketing of Workers' Compensation and Non Workers' Compensation lines of insurance - with insurance company and presentation to clientAnalysis of exposures and losses at renewal with appropriate communication to the teamWork independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projectsKeep Account Executives fully informed of all important activities on their accounts including being sensitive to potential problemsPrepare Loss Forecasts and Mod Projections per service planUnderstanding of Loss Sensitive Programs and ability to provide consultation to clientsCommunicating and managing additional resources including but not limited to claims, loss control, resource pro and admin while keeping AE informedInitial review of claims change reports and communication of which accounts need additional attentionOut of state/in state travel as neededManage and collect receivables according to agency guidelinesKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work with minimum supervision; able to accept direction on given assignmentsGood verbal and written communications skills.Knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy.Able to work effectively in a team environment with strong customer service skills.Experience with a broker/agent, including marketing large middle market accounts to carriers; excellent knowledge of the markets.Strong knowledge of all basic P&C coverage's to include workers compensation, general liability and auto.Demonstrated superior presentation or relationship skills to present proposals to customers and prospects in this highly Client interactive role.Minimum 5 years relevant Commercial Lines experience required.High school diploma required and College degree preferred.Licensed in property and casualty insurance.Continued work towards obtaining an insurance related designationAcrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
