charts the course, develops a vision, and implements the plan that will propel the company towards increased market share and greater brand recognition. Reporting directly to the President, the

Business Development Manager

will be a strategic thinker with proven hunting skills. Accountable for delivering measurable results that achieves and exceeds revenue and margin targets, this position will be capable of contributing meaningful insight to the sales and marketing functions and play an integral role in the overall development of the organization.

Required Skills/Abilities:Local and highly networked across the restoration industryHands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales dealsStrategic, persistent with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be part of an established companySelf-motivated and strong interpersonal skills to actively implement ideasCuriosity, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience in sales and business development in the
