SAO IT Enterprise Business Analyst
for our premier client in
Atlanta, Georgia .
Education and Experience "
High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of related experience; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level IT Business Analyst 1 (ITP060) or position equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with state or public sector organizations.Experience with large scale business transformation projects.Highly organized, proactive, self-starter.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "
Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to guide discussions to capture business requirements and offer solutions.Capable of interpreting business insights to develop technical solutions.Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and work collaboratively to develop recommendations.Ability to determine priorities and effectively manage time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities:
Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision.Consults with functional and technical staff to ensure that functionality of automated systems meets user requirements.Assists in the development of standards and procedures used in the implementation or enhancement of systems.Prepares and presents various project artifacts including presentations, meeting notes, business process flow diagrams.May develop and deliver training as needed.Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams in the implementation or enhancement of systems.Documents business processes for users.Schedules, facilitates and records meetings and meeting outcomes.Provides end user support as needed to troubleshoot issues.Works collaboratively with customer service agents to ensure accurate responses to end user inquiries.Gathers, complies, and analyzes data.May participate as a member of internal committees to assess policies, procedures and programs.Serves as subject matter expert or organization resource for assigned projects.May perform initial system configuration for testing various business proofs of concept.
