We provide training and consulting on Federal Title IX (anti-discrimination) regulations and for Behavioral Intervention Teams (cross-functional groups designed to care for individuals showing signs of difficulty or stress.) TNG is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment. The individual we seek should be efficient, responsive, and comfortable working with clients, our subject-matter experts, , and other internal departments.

The Administrative Specialist supports Consulting Operations and the consulting assignments team, ensuring processes are managed efficiently and effectively to best meet the needs of TNG clients. The incumbent tracks client requests, helps assess client needs, identifies potential obstacles and solutions, and communicates consulting assignments in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities• Provide administrative support for Consulting Operations• Work collaboratively with other teams including: Business Development, Training Operations, and Associations departments to identify and implement processes to achieve efficient client onboarding, client experience/quality analysis, and client satisfaction• Maintain SharePoint site• Manage onboarding process for subcontractors, sending/collecting hiring documents, project agreements, etc.• Schedule, create/distribute agenda, recordings and notes for monthly Consultants' meetings• Manage internal and external communication for all consulting assignments• Maintain assignment tracker, ensuring all new, pending, and assigned projects are noted and updated. Document decisions and communicate assignments to clients, consultants, Operations, Scheduling, and Business Development.• Monitor and notify consultants/TNG departments of any changes to assigned projects (i.e. training engagements/deliverables: content, dates, consultant assignments, etc.)• Review client contracts to ensure requested services are covered; notify Business Development if addendums/new contracts are needed• Monitor expiring contracts; coordinate communication between consultants and Business Development• Run analytical reports on a regular basis to determine active/outstanding consultant assignments, consultant capacity and forecasting for potential client requests• Coordinate the confidential, accurate, and timely transfer of materials/documents for client cases, investigations, hearings, etc.• Update consulting calendar to ensure calendar holds are properly tracked• Manage the assignments tracker in internal systems (project management software, contract and leads software)• Manage Consultant Lead assignments; communicate to internal TNG departments and consultants• Maintain monthly consultant training log (virtual, in-person, conference, etc.)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required• At least three years of professional experience in administrative support, project management, or related field• Associate degree and/or progress towards a Bachelor's degree• Confident, proficient user of MS Office Suite (including Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Zoom• Adept at rapidly learning new software systems• Available to work during standard business hours ( generally 9 am - 5 pm ET)

Preferred• Completion of a Bachelor's degree• Experience with Monday.com, Sugar, Toggl, Slack, and/or DOMO
