SUMMARY

As a Test Engineering Intern you will be a part of a development team for new mixed signal products. You will work with Engineers on the design, development, and implementation of test and characterization solutions for a given product.

WHAT YOU"LL DO

Design of new methods to establish product performance and ensure testabilityDefinition of test and validation plan to reach the target test coverage and test timeDevelopment, debugging and documenting complex test software and hardware for ATEParticipation in new design troubleshooting and providing recommendations to the rest of the teamAnalysis of test and characterization data, including statistical analysisTest program optimization and robustness studiesKnowledge transfer to manufacturing engineeringResults analysis during reliability studiesESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Work towards a Bachelor's degree Or Masters Degree in Electrical EngineeringWorking knowledge of analog/digital circuit designKnowledge of lab equipmentExperience of software development, ideally C/C++ATE experience, Teradyne ETS HUGE PLUS!
