Schedule: Monday – Thursday Full-Time - 3 weeks per month

In Office Procedures: Occipital Blocks, Synvisc Injections in knee, Botox Injections, Mental Nerve Blocks, Infraorbital Nerve Blocks, Trigger Point Injections

The current patient population is primarily focused on thoracic/lumbar pain, cervical pain and sacroiliac joint pain. We would be open to taking referrals for joint pain however most of these go to our large orthopedic offices.

The current provider sees up to 30 in the office two days a week and does approximately 25 to 28 procedures in the surgery center two days per week.

The primary procedures performed currently are epidural steroid injections, SI joint injections, medial branch blocks (in preparation for RF), radiofrequency ablation in all regions of the spine.

We do a handful of spinal cord stimulator trials and referral for the final implantation at neurosurgery.

All procedures are done under fluoroscopy. The majority of procedures also get conscious sedation. We do very few occipital nerve blocks in the office.
