This elimination of boundaries has allowed us to evolve into a law firm that works as hard for its culture as it does for its clients.The ideal candidate will have knowledge of domestic and international prosecution, trademark policing, disputes, and enforcement, TTAB proceedings, copyright, social media (e.g. familiarity with dispute policies, DMCA notice and take down), and domain name dispute procedures. The role will require your presence in the office from time to time pursuant to the firm's hybrid work policy.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:File US and foreign trademark applications and US copyright applications.Coordinate filings of foreign trademark and copyright applications with foreign law firms.Coordinate the filing of formality documents including declarations, powers of attorney, assignments, formal drawings, specimens, including with legalization and notarization as required.Correspond with clients, attorneys, and foreign law firms regarding all aspects of the trademark and copyright prosecution process.Monitor all approaching deadlines, take appropriate action, and follow-up with relevant parties and team.Conduct US and international trademark research.Research and maintain working knowledge of US and foreign trademark and copyright prosecution rules and procedures, navigate and utilize related websites and databases.Assist with maintaining electronic files.Direct/instruct docketing of relevant deadlines.Monitor litigation and TTAB deadlines, assist with evidence preparation.File TTAB related submissions.Review trademark watch notices and monitor deadlines.Other duties:
