Restaurant Instructional Designer
to join our team and help support the design and development of training solutions for all levels and functional areas within stores, operations, and management. You will be responsible for developing curriculum, curriculum plans, and activities to achieve organizational goals, strategies, and competencies.Restaurant Instructional Designer Responsibilities
Support the design and development of training solutionsRecommend, design, and develop creative learning solutions, including classroom, eLearning, and blended learning solutionsPlan, schedule, and track projects, maintaining appropriate deadlinesSupport the Director of Training in delivering materials as neededChampion brand standards and be a catalyst for exceptional learning tools for the brandManage the LMS platform SchooxRestaurant Instructional Designer Qualifications
Expert in an array of authoring tools with expert level of SchooxMinimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and instructional technologyAbility to work with short deadlines and high stress on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailRestaurant Instructional Designer Compensation And Benefits
