Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trademark Paralegal to join our client's legal team. This role involves managing a variety of trademark-related tasks, working closely with attorneys, and ensuring that all trademark documentation is handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive U.S. and global trademark searches.

Review and distribute trademark watch notices to the appropriate legal teams.

Assist with trademark use investigations and other due diligence activities.

Support infringement, opposition, and related legal proceedings, including discovery tasks.

Prepare draft reports, letters, and responses to trademark office actions for attorney review.

Coordinate the preparation and filing of formal assignments and agreements with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Manage social media takedown notices and handle non-routine IP-related projects.

Prepare cost estimates for trademark filing and maintenance worldwide.

Collaborate with vendors and review invoices to ensure compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in trademark prosecution law.

Strong knowledge of both domestic and international trademark regulations.

Proficiency in document preparation, legal research, and meeting critical deadlines.

Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
