Community Outreach SpecialistJob Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain office hours at the assigned service location for walk-in clients and incoming phone calls.Develop community partnerships by attending trade shows and conducting education programs to improve financial wellness in the community and raise awareness of Enterprise Bank products and services.Develop new business opportunities in minority and low-to-moderate income communities through direct calling on community housing small business development, faith-based organizations, realtors, education providers, and other non-profits.Establish and maintain effective relationships with business partners in an effort to gain buy-in and support of community development initiatives.Assist clients in understanding and resolving problems by acting as the liaison between other bank departments.Follow procedures set by corporate security in opening and closing the service location.Identify urban communities and establish close ties with territorial development boards.Track program impact and results, and relay to concerned parties of public and government.Perform other duties as required.Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.Strong knowledge of the minority community and ability to develop relationships through participation in local organizations and events.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to a variety of audiences.Thorough knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures, compliance, and banking regulations.Ability to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independently.Team oriented; possess a positive attitude; works well with others.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneEducation and/or Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, plus one to three years' experience in banking or related community development experience.Experience with conducting educational presentations preferred.Computer and Software Skills:Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Suite.Compensation:

Hourly Range: $29.21 - $40.89.
