Our stellar studios based across the globe include PUBG Studios, Striking Distance Studios, Bluehole Studio, Unknown Worlds, and RisingWings.KRAFTON Americas is seeking an experienced and talented Producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing creative projects for Publishing and Game Studios.What We Do:The Global Creative Division at KRAFTON Americas manages projects featuring a broad spectrum of motion graphics, visual assets, cinematics, and various creative resources to bolster and reinforce our brand and games. We produce creative assets encompassing company branding, print and package design, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, event assets, in-game creative, and other marketing collateral to support our games.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams collaborating on project development.Work cross-functionally to maintain a healthy team culture that is communicative, transparent, motivated, committed, and focused on realistic goals.Ensure all teams have the necessary information and resources to deliver high-quality deliverables.Find solutions to resolve unique, complex project issues and any necessary means to achieve project success.Scope and develop execution plans aligned with the vision of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each project aligns with overall goals.Provide ongoing management checks and balances throughout the full project life cycle.Collaborate with Producers and Art Directors to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet design scope, and align with broader campaign goals.Identify risks early and frequently, removing roadblocks and performance bottlenecks as needed to maintain project momentum.Manage external creative partners across multiple titles, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.Manage contract negotiations.Drive kick-off and regular sync meetings with cross-functional teams/external partners.Qualifications:3+ Years of proven experience in a Production role within the creative industry, preferably in-house creative production with games marketing and/or VFX.Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Knowledge of project management tools and software, specifically JIRA/Confluence and Shotgrid/Shotgun.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Familiarity with game development processes and industry standards.Strong understanding of design and video production workflows.Bachelor’s degree in Film production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.Preferred Skills:Experience in producing Unreal Engine cinematic content.Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture and trends.Bilingual English/Korean is a plus.Reasonable AccommodationKRAFTON Americas is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
