As a leader in fintech and community empowerment, we seek innovative and dedicated individuals to join our mission-driven team.Who We’re Looking For!We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Media and Advertising Analyst as we continue to grow our in-house marketing team. This role will be responsible for compiling data across platforms into a consolidated report, analyzing the data (mining for key insights from campaign performance), and reporting/providing actionable insights on the data to help drive strategic marketing decisions. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and Social Media, and the ideal candidate should have a strong quantitative background, ability to synthesize data for storytelling, and a passion for uncovering trends and patterns in data. The incumbent in this role will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Social Media in developing campaign measurement frameworks and implementing optimizations to drive positive campaign performance.Responsibilities:Collect and consolidate advertising campaign data from all channels into a master data source.Analyze performance data from all digital platforms and create monthly and quarterly reports for planning teams, creative teams, and leadership that include overall performance along with actionable insights.Assist with the development of reporting processes and workflowsOngoing collaboration with leadership and in-house creative teams to understand and optimize campaign strategy and structureReports and delivers insights leading to opportunities for optimizing partnerships, targets, and tactics and troubleshoots data discrepancies.Develop platform-level test & learn strategies on appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that campaign goals are met.Analyzes creative and messaging performance, delivering reports, and identifying testing opportunities to best understand what messaging tactics and executions are working best and adjust as necessary.Works closely with the VP of Marketing and Social Media on ad campaign launches, executing on campaign deployment.Develops tracking and reporting requirements and implements custom tracking parameters, including appropriate media tagging and proper naming conventions to ensure ease in understanding performance.Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:Proficient in Google Workspaces (advanced spreadsheet knowledge preferred), Site Catalyst (or similar), Tableau, SQL, Tealium, DFA, DMPProficient in Google Analytics 360 and Google Campaign Manager (must have clear understanding of site tagging)Advanced knowledge of digital/social media ad platforms (Google Ad Network; Meta Ads Manager)Ability to work cross-functionally with media, marketing, business intelligence, as well as external PR agencies, to drive brand awareness and brand consideration.Experience in online advertising/media, channel marketing, off-line advertising/media and/or consultingKnowledge of full funnel media, both data-driven and technology-oriented.Strong communication skills with a proven track record showcasing the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insightsThe ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentAnalytical by nature, strives on understanding data to inform strategic decision-makingThe Bank is in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and does not discriminate with regard to applicants or employees with disabilities, and will make reasonable accommodation when necessary.OneUnited Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
