Pay: $23 per hour
As a Sales Order Processor, you'll be responsible for:
Processing and confirming purchase orders using our SAP system.Providing product details, pricing, and order information through phone, email, fax, or EDI.Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.Reviewing and correcting part numbers and pricing on purchase orders with precision.Coordinating shipments and working with freight carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions.Processing invoices and keeping accurate records of all orders.Qualifications: Customer service experience is preferred.
