Scheduling for all Load In and Load OutCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesAssist with payroll and time clock functionsCreate purchase orders and work orders for warehouse operations.Manage agendas/appointmentsOversee all Load Out/Load In of all orders.Check for damaged or missing items upon return and update inventory accordingly.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Create and update records and databases related to inventoryAssist colleagues whenever necessaryQualifications:

High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Teams)Previous Administrative Experience preferred

Pay Range:USD $21.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
