Role Description

We are looking for an associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic and modern legal team in our Employment department. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the supervising attorney on initial pre-filing case work-upEngage in client meetings, ensuring effective communicationDraft complaints with precision and attention to detailSkillfully handle discovery by propounding and responding to inquiriesTake and defend depositions confidently and adeptlyConduct thorough case-related investigationsContribute to law and motion workAssist with trial preparationQualifications

Strong knowledge of labor and employment lawExperience in employment litigationProficiency in conducting legal research and drafting motionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar
