Job Description
Our client seeks a Master Data Management Analyst to support their Data Governance workstream under their Data & Analytics Organization. The ideal candidate will possess significant data management experience allowing them to serve as the champion for data governance ensuring that the design and integrity of Master Datasets is maintained within and across our client's systems.Responsibilities
Uses knowledge of end-to-end processes to analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elementsDefines critical Data Quality metrics and establish a process to measure and report on themIdentifies and facilitates the integration of MDM with other applications to ensure data integrity across our client's systemsLeads the discussions with the Data Domain owners to define & maintain relevant hierarchy structuresTroubleshoots issues related to MDM and identifies opportunities for improving data management processesWorks closely with the Data Governance Manager to ensure data integrity by coordinating data management efforts across the organizationBuilds and Coordinates trainings for Data literacy and MDM processes across company divisionsCollaborates with MDM teams across the company's entities to define and govern key attributes for Customer/Product/Vendor data domainsBuilds strong relationships with key stakeholders from Business and IT and ensure MDM enhancements are well coordinated and communicated Requirements3+ years in Product/Project management or related rolePrior experience implementing MDM Solutions is requiredStrong understanding of Data structures and relationshipsStrong Data analysis skills, strong in PL/SQLKnowledgeable in technology and software development processesStrong presentation development and delivery skillsProactive and strategic thinker; able to look ahead and foresee issues and plan around themExcellent organizational skillsExperience with Tableau is a plusFair understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) requiredExcellent collaboration skillsExperience with Manufacturing Domain is a huge plus
