Key Responsibilities

Develop and design digital architecture solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements, including websites, mobile applications, and cloud-based systems.Define and drive the technology strategy for digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals.Oversee the integration of digital platforms and services, ensuring seamless operation across different systems and technologies.Provide guidance and direction to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.Ensure that all digital solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance our digital capabilities.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven 3+ years of experience in software development and digital architecture.C1/C2 English proficiencyStrong expertise in digital technologies, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks), and mobile platforms.Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies, such as microservices, SOA, and cloud-native architecture.Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design creative and effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
