$60,000 - $75,000Are you an experienced estimator or construction professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? A respected company in the concrete construction industry is searching for an estimator to join their team. You'll play an integral role in helping to secure new business for projects such as multi-family housing, hotels, medical offices, religious institutions, and industrial developments across the Carolina's.What Youll Do:Review project drawings and specifications (both physical and digital) to determine the scope of work and create detailed cost estimates for concrete construction, including footings, walls, flat-work, and post-tensioning.Develop strong working relationships with General Contractors (GCs), ensuring smooth communication throughout the bidding process.Gain a thorough understanding of each projects requirements, including on-site visits as needed, to deliver accurate and competitive bids.Manage all aspects of the bidding process, from analyzing project drawings to submitting final proposals that align with company guidelines and maximize profitability.Ensure timely and complete submission of all bid-related deliverables.What Were Looking For:A degree in construction management or a minimum of 3 years experience in reading structural and architectural blueprints and preparing estimates.Strong team player who excels at building professional relationships, both internally and externally.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and follow-up.Self-driven, punctual, and polished in both appearance and behavior.Whats in It for You:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a supportive, team-focused environment.Work in a company known for its innovation, teamwork, and leadership in the construction industry.If youre a motivated estimator ready to contribute to exciting construction projects, wed love to hear from you!
