Insight Global is seeking an IT Manager for an IT service client based in Las Vegas, NV. This experienced individual will be responsible for spearheading efforts in the greater Las Vegas/Henderson area to further establish this company as the premier IT service provider for small businesses. This role is pivotal in building solid foundations and steering the company through its next growth phases. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of inspiring a team of technicians, and driving operational excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities & Duties Include:Lead and motivate a diverse team of technicians encouraging them to excel in their roles daily.Cultivate and enhance the company culture, adding your unique perspective to foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.Act as a key ambassador for the company brand, engaging with businesses and residents across the area to promote our services and values.Oversee daily operations, ensuring the shop maintains high performance levels, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.Drive business growth by expanding the use of our services among local businesses, utilizing strategic planning, marketing, and client engagement tactics.Collaborate closely with ownership and other key stakeholders to identify and implement improvements across all business aspects, from service offerings to customer experience and operational processes.
