Analyst Specialist
who will perform analytical, and technical, support services that will enable the Office of Program Management Activities (OPMA) to execute its mission in the Pentagon in Washington, DC. This person will provide highly specialized technical, financial, functional, and programmatic support and analysis of the current and planned projects for OPMA. They must have the ability to communicate effectively at superior levels within the Department of Defense (DoD), other government agencies (and equivalent industry levels) on highly technical issues regarding national security.
Qualifying Requirements:Must currently hold a current and active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance + SCI access.Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least two or more of the following qualifications:
Experience with Joint Training, Joint Exercises, and the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).Experience in performing, coordinating and/or delivering training to CCMD and Joint Task Force Headquarters staffs.Knowledge of DoD organizational structure, doctrine, terminology as well as experience with DoD financial systems and processes.Knowledge of Joint Staff joint training internal procedures and staff operations.Demonstrated ability to professionally interface, produce documentation for, provide presentations and speak with authority to senior military and other DOD personnel and organizations.Demonstrated ability to edit and produce executive-level correspondence suitable for distribution to senior leaders across the DoD.Experience with collecting data, analytical analysis, and determining courses of action.Experience with providing strategies and recommending solutions for risk mitigation.Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations.
Education / Certification Requirements:
No degree required but with at least 5 years of warfighting operational experience.
