Job Title: Family Medicine PhysicianCompensation (Based on experience and qualifications)Location: South Chicago | Chicago Lawn | East Side Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm included extended hour shift of Noon - 8:00pm once per week with a Saturday (every 4 weeks) Rotation 8:00am - 1:00pmOur healthcare organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide exceptional primary care services to underserved communities. As an Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for managing patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team. Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive and high-quality primary care services to patients in the office, hospital, or other locations within the community as assignedServe as a consultant to clinical management regarding clinical goals and servicesManage patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care teamLeverage industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of the Medical Department and the organizationSupport culture development and management effortsQualifications:M.D. Degree, or D.O. degree from accredited school of allopathic or osteopathic medicineBoard-certified or Board-eligible in Family Practice.Current and valid Illinois license as a physician and surgeonCurrent and valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration CertificateEligible for, or maintenance of, hospital privileges at affiliated hospitalsBilingual ability may or may not be required based on individual department needs.If you are a dedicated physician committed to making a positive impact in underserved communities, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
