General Contractor focused on Light Industrial, Commercial, Renovations and Metal Building construction. Projects range $500K-$4 Million.Ready to hire Commercial Construction Estimator/PM-Hybrid (Must live in the Pittsburg PA area)- will travel to office 2 time a week on averageRequirements:• 4 years minimum estimating experience required with a General Contractor-Commercial Construction•
Experience in Hard Bid, Conceptual and Negotiated Estimating.•
Knowledge of Plan Swift or similar on-screen takeoff system•
Knowledge of Expedition or similar software•
Knowledge of local subcontract market•
