The primary responsibility of this position is to work with Finance Stakeholders to design, develop, and customize Oracle EPM FCC and Planning applications

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend optimal EPM solutionsDevelop and execute test cases, validate results, and troubleshoot issueDevelop and deliver training to new users and ongoing skill enhancement training to existing users; update and improve training materials as neededPartner with users to collect and document business requirements for system enhancements and improvementsPromote effective communications with FP&A system users on timelines, system processes, guidance, assumptions and system availabilityDevelop and maintain catalog of all business rule calculation scripts, allocations, and custom calculations; perform validation that rules are functioning properlyPerform monthly planning system maintenance tasks including scenario / version rollovers and accurate synchronization / integration of data from other financial systemsDevelop and run EPM reports, and dashboardsResponsible for updating artifact and process documentationSpecial projects and other duties as assigned.Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, Certifications/Licenses:

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science or closely related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in a financial systems administrator roleUnderstanding of FP&A processes including bottom-up planning, scenario modelling, allocations, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and top-side adjustmentsExperience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as FCC, EPBCS, EPCM, Narrative Reporting, and Smart ViewExpertise in EPM Development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, process designing, artifact development, testing, migration, and maintenanceExperience in EPM process automation through EPM Automate, REST API, and PowerShell scriptingHands on experience with Groovy and Essbase calc scriptsExperience integrating cloud and On-Premise applications to EPM using Data Management, data maps, and Groovy scriptingBasic understanding of accounting concepts and processesEPM On-Premise/Cloud certification is a plusWhat will make you stand out:
