Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from conception to completion. The Mid-Level Engineer will lead design efforts, manage project teams, and ensure quality and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Job DutiesLead the design and analysis of civil and structural projects, including buildings, bridges, and infrastructure.Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet client expectations.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or ETABS.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional (Not Required, but Preferable)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with seismic design and analysis.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Previous experience working on transportation or infrastructure projects.
