We are looking for a Chiropractor to join us in Jefferson City, TN. We are an established Chiropractic Clinic that is growing and needing you to join our team in beautiful East Tennessee. Our patients deserve the best in healthcare, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated Chiropractor who enjoys focusing on helping others reach for their health and wellness goals. Techniques used in treating patients within our office are Cox Flexion Distraction, Diversified, and some Activator. Previous knowledge of techniques is helpful but not required. We combine osteopathic principles with the specific, highly directed approach, offering a conservative resolution to low back and leg pain. We have a team of well-respected and dedicated Chiropractors and amazing support staff that work together, bringing comprehensive care, compassionate, and healing to our community.Duties:
Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)Tests/Diagnostic imaging- developing and marking x-raysEvaluate findings, determine diagnosis, and prepare appropriate treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis , treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care, adjustments- Cox Flexion Distraction, Diversified, Webster and some Activator, rehab and various therapies and physical therapy modalitiesDocumentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient carePatient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in TNKnowledge of Cox Flexion Distraction, Diversified, and some Activator helpful but not required.Schedule:
Full time4-day work week with alternating schedule allowing for a 4-day weekend every other weekend
Salary (range):
Potential to make $ 7 5K-$8 5 K within the 1 st year
