All stock items to be put away and pulled based on computer locations listed on the Receiving worksheet and inventory issues.He/she will fill requisitions from the designated storerooms and deliver them to the proper locations.The Warehouse Clerk will physically count any and all inventory items as directed.He/she will maintain his/her designated work area in a neat, clean, sanitary, and organized condition.Receives products from vendors and count items to ensure that order corresponds with invoice or purchase order.Arranges internal distribution of products received, stored, or warehoused, including delivery of products.Processes shipments to outside vendor and arrange for pick up at receiving dock. Submits daily documentation of goods received to Accounts Payable.Examines contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.Determines shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates in accordance with established guidelines.Reports issues to management or other establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.BRING US YOUR BEST.:QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Previous experience in receiving/distribution is preferred.Knowledge of forklift and lift truck and receiving equipment.Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. ?Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.Keeps work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.Protects and preserves assets of the company at all times.Responsible for reporting damage or any problems to manager in a timely mannerEnthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.?Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
