We are in need of a BDC Representative at our Volkswagen dealership in Menomonee Falls. Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the BDC Rep will own the job duties listed below:

ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer sales inquiries in a timely mannerAnswer inbound sales calls and handle accordinglyMake 50+ outbound calls/daySend 50+ emails/daySend 50+ texts/daySchedule, confirm and reschedule sales appointmentsProvide excellent customer serviceOrganize and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlinesRequirementsMust have BDC experienceVin Solutions expertStrong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentDetail-OrientedFocused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceExcellent communication skillsBilingual is a plus
