Summer Talent Team Intern

Dev Technology, Reston, Virginia, United States, 22090

Summer Intern - Talent Team, #792

Interns will be asked to complete a background investigation before their start date.

Dev Technology Group is seeking talented rising Juniors and Seniors for our Summer 2025 Internship Program. Interns will be based out of our headquarters in Reston, Virginia.

The Talent Team Intern will learn the interconnections between corporate operations teams, project teams, and programs, recruiting methodologies, as well as tools, tactics, and strategies used to facilitate the recruiting process, and how talent acquisition is performed in a government contracting company. The intern will directly assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing and assessing resumes and our applicant tracking processes, providing research, reports, and analytics, and participating in talent-related problem-solving activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition/recruiting within an agile and fast-paced environment.

All Dev Technology Group Interns will gain first-hand experience and knowledge supporting a leading Information Technology provider supporting the Federal Government. The intern will be expected to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to address current initiatives. As a part of the broader Summer Intern program, the Intern will gain experience and knowledge in three key areas: technology trends, professional work environments, and Government contracting. Our interns work with fellow Summer Interns on a technically focused project and present the groups' results to the executive team at the end of the program. Past projects have included creating a mentorship web application and planning a hackathon.
