IDR's client is seeking a Telecom Support Specialist to join their growing team in Atlanta!
Onsite with Travel- must be local to Atlanta, GA!
Responsibilities of the Telecom Support Specialist include:
Administering the migration and support of new video conferencing platformsSupporting mobile device management (MDM) including device maintenanceTroubleshooting complex audio and video conferencing activitiesPerforming all VOIP moves, adds and changesManaging multiple telecommunication projects simultaneouslyRequired Skills/Experience for the Telecom Support Specialist Include:
5+ years' experience in Telecom and Audio Visual supportExperience with switches, routers, Centrex systems, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP)Experience with Mobile Device Management including AirWatchAdditional basic IT support experience with networking, hardware, and softwareWhat's in it for you?
