of relevant experience as a construction estimator.Commercial General Contractor (G.C.) Experience : Proficiency in estimating across all divisions of commercial construction.Software Skills :PlanSwift : Familiarity with this takeoff and estimating software.Procore : Experience using Procore for project management and collaboration.BuildingConnected : Knowledge of this platform for bid management and subcontractor communication.Microsoft Excel : Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and cost calculations.Bluebeam : While not mandatory, compatibility with Bluebeam is a plus.Education :Bachelors degree in
