Maintain operations of a multi-user computer systems, virtual computer systems, COTS software products Perform Network Administration and System Administration tasks within the scope of the contract Monitor and correct system performance issues, apply network configurations and lead/create network design efforts Working with VLANs Working with Cisco ACI and other networking products that are leveraged for a virtualized networking infrastructure Providing knowledge of advanced networking concepts and networking design best practices and how it fits into a software development environment including routing protocols, DHCP, SNMPv3, and HP Openview Perform training on system configuration, assist in deploying software/hardware deliveries, support special projects, and assist operational crews and contractor teams in resolving system and network issues. Performing security efforts including working with TACLANE/Encryption Qualifications:
Advanced degree and 7+ years experience or bachelors with 9+ years experience or equivalent An active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance required. Active TS/SCI clearance preferred Familiarity with Cisco Nexus, ASA, FMC technologies for Software-Defined Networking and other networking products that are leveraged for a virtualized networking infrastructure Knowledge of advanced networking concepts and networking design best practices into how it fits into a software development environment is highly preferred Agile Methodologies and full software development lifecycle CCNA certificaiton Experince with FirePower NGFW Switching and routing experience with BGP SATCOM experience preffered but not requried for ACI experience Experience with Cisco ACI and other networking products that are leveraged for a virtualized networking infrastructure (including Routers, Switches, and Firewalls) Experience with COTS software products Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, applying network configurations, and leading design efforts Experience with equipment installs Working with AWS, virtualization, and DevSecOps pipelines preferred Satellite ground system experience preferred Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required.
