Summary/Objective .

We seek a passionate, self-motivated, skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding in-house marketing and advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing, including experience with SEO/SEM, Google Paid Advertising, Google Analytics, and Website Management.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and generate results on all digital marketing campaigns for our clients and play a key role in optimizing the performance of our digital strategies.

Essential Functions and CompetenciesOversee, Manage Website Content.

Update content (images, text) on client websites as requested by client and/or team members – in a timely, expeditious manner.Website UI/UX.

Ensure client website layouts are optimized for usability and engagement.Website Code.

Ensure client websites are running with clean updated code/script based on HTML/CSSAnalytics:

Use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for comprehensive analytics.Advertising Management:

Utilize Google Ads to create and manage paid ad campaignsTroubleshooting:

Assist client users with accessibility issues and provide resolutions.Client-Facing Duties:

Excellent communication skills for client meetings, both written and verbal.Organizational Skills:

Efficiently manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.Team Collaboration:

Collaborate across departments to achieve common goals.SEO & SEM:

Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies for clients.Reporting:

Tracking marketing performance and generating marketing reports for clientsGraphic Design:

Experience using Canva and Adobe Suite for visual content.Essential Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role related to Digital Marketing.Able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude and high-level of customer service.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and practices.Strong proficiency in various CMS platforms, HTML, CSS.Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365).Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro).Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ad Manager.Experience with Google Business ProfileExperience with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs)Proven verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMotivated self-starterHighly developed attention to detail.Expert multi-tasker with a high level of organizational and prioritizing.Ability to adapt and learn quickly and keep ahead of fast-changing technology.Exhibit outstanding creative skills and ideation.Ability to work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and adapting to collective goals and strategies.Strong time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use Adobe Premier Pro a PLUS
