Founded in 1977, All Flex Solutions is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex printed circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission and life critical applications. All Flex products can be found in many applications and markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial and telecommunications.
We are seeking a Quality Technician to assist in maintaining and continually improving the quality system within All Flex.
Responsibilities and Duties:Create and review documents for compliance to customer requirements and industry standardsLead and conduct internal audits of the quality system and processesSupport nonconforming product resolution (NCR, RMA)Review scrap and nonconforming data and act to improveLead root cause analysis as required and drive corrective actionIdentify and execute system continuous improvement effortsAct as administrator for QMS core processes (Training, Doc Control, Calibration, RMA, NCR, CAR, PCR, etc.)Completion and review of customer required documentation (Source Inspection, eCerts, PPAP, Gage R&R, cer packs)Support the ISO9001, AS9100, and MIL certification processesPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:
High school degree or GED or equivalentTechnical school certificate or equivalent related work experience in a technical positionAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and/or visual aidsAbility to use complex measurement tools such as a CMMStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are requiredAbility to work under pressure with frequently changing deadlines and prioritiesAbility to work in and lead teamsAbility to communicate across all levels of the organization
