Now that our clients are expanding, we are looking for entry-level candidates to join our marketing and sales team as an Account Management Trainee! Our primary goal is to assist our clients in building strong relationships with their prospects, acquiring new accounts, increasing their annual sales revenue, and expanding their market reach. As an Account Management Trainee, you can work closely with our successful Senior Account Managers and dominating Sales Team. The Account Management Trainee position is designed for strong-minded candidates seeking a career in account management and sales.Responsibilities of an Account Management Trainee:Meet directly with leading consumer prospects to deliver product presentation and build a long-lasting customer relationshipEducate potential buyers on our client’s current products, ongoing promotions, and updated services to assist the direct sales teamAssist our clients in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding marketsTrain directly with our Senior Account Managers to develop full knowledge of our client’s marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goalsReview sale contracts with clients, identify their concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services as needed that will benefit both partiesAttend all conference calls and participate in all on site training workshops to stay current on our client’s sales progressCollaborate with fellow Account Management Trainees, Sales Associates, and Marketing Representatives to ensure our client’s needs are metThe Ideal Candidate as an Account Management Trainee:Higher education degree1+ years of experience working in customer service, retail, sales, client relations, or a related industryHigher education degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a similar field is preferred, but not requiredPositive attitude and eagerness to develop leadership qualitiesThrives in fast-paced environmentsBoth comfortable working independently and adaptable to collaborating in a team settingSelf-determined and takes initiative in creating solutionsExceptional communication and negotiation skillsReliable transportation to onsite location#LI-Onsite
