Join us.The candidate will support, and lead Supply Chain Excellence projects focused on, but not limited to Procurement processes. The candidate will own the Procurement process and lead the definition & design of new process standards and tools, fostering standardization and harmonization across the organization.Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze and provide expertise for Procurement processes, tools, and performance improvement (OTD, vendor reduction, Supplier performance, Payment terms, Supplier risk, etc)Be accountable for the effective and successful performance driven transformation of these processesIdentify, evaluate, propose, and deploy tools, processes, concepts and solutions to support process effectiveness and performance.Measure process effectiveness and performance through a set of KPI's.Accompany IT-experts on tools implementation projects to, in parallel, ensure process transformation.Manage the processes to exchange best practices and to capture innovative ideas.Must be proficient in running reports, update information to correct or enhance functionality, document process maps.Required Skills and Experience

Knowledge in Procurement processes, including performance improvement (e.g., OTD, vendor reduction, supplier performance, payment terms, supplier risk).Proven experience leading process definition, design, and transformation projects.Proficiency in running reports, updating information, and documenting process maps.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and propose tools, processes, and solutions to enhance effectiveness.Experience in monitoring data sources, identifying errors or omissions, and recommending improvements.Ability to write and update policies, procedures, and training documentation.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills and Experience

Familiarity with ERP systems, data cubes, and SharePoint sites for data extraction.Experience working with IT-experts on tools implementation projects.Knowledge of KPI measurement for process effectiveness and performance tracking.Ability to manage the exchange of best practices and capture innovative ideas.Proficient Excel skills, including data analysis and report generation.Experience in managing Supply Chain Excellence projects, particularly in procurement.Education

Bachelor's Degree (Business, Economics, Procurement, or Supply Chain) or 1 - 2 years of equivalent work experience.Physical Demands
