About the Team

Fanatics is a prominent and innovative organization in the sports and trading cards industry, dedicated to creating exceptional event experiences for collectors, fans, and enthusiasts. Our newest platform, Fanatics Events, provides a unique opportunity for attendees to engage with athletes, discover exclusive collectibles, and immerse themselves in the vibrant sports and trading cards community. As we continue to expand our event portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Brand Director to join our team in NYC.

What You'll Do:

Drive all storytelling efforts for portfolio of sports fan and collector-focused B2C events, both visually and through PR and marketing messaging.Work with agency partners and internal graphic designers to establish look & feel of each individual event and for the Fanatics Events team as a whole.Create on-site signage templates and work with Operations team to determine placement.Work in conjunction with Marketing Director to strategize messagng look & feel and placement within paid advertising and organic social.Act as main point of contact for PR agency to make sure the right stories are being told at the right time.Work with Sales team to develop sponsor creative and messaging that authentically integrates with show messaging.Work with Marketing team to develop templates for use by internal and external partners.Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate ideas.Source and lead innovative and carefully vetted creative agency partners to help execute our creative vision in building one-of-a-kind events.Ensure high production standard adherence from all partners.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or a related field in the sports/collecting industry.Strong copywriting skills are a must.A strong portfolio showcasing successful brand building and partner integration campaigns.Exceptional understanding of the sports industry, including fan engagement and event dynamics.Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative teams.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Strong project management and budgeting experience.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Why Join Us:

The salary range for this position is

$150,000 to $190,000 , which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
