The IT Support Specialist should be able to work independently with minimal guidance or supervision. They are responsible for performing a broad range of duties to track assets with asset tracking applications, provide team members with the equipment needed, ensure team members are following the correct process, & notifying the leadership team of any equipment needing to be repaired. We are seeking someone pre-peak and through peak to support our existing IT support team. Dependent on volume, the position could lead to a permanent opportunity.

What you'll do:

Asset tracking (preferred experience with asset tracking software and following SOP's to do so)Work and close all IT-related tickets and perform ad-hoc IT support requests.Help maintain warehouse armory following protocols and procedures related to technology devices including scannersCommunicate any deviations to the SOP to the leadership teamComplete planned maintenance of all technology equipment and supporting appliances including network equipmentPerforms IT support requests as instructed by facilities leads and other members of the leadership teamAble to provide great customer service to all clients using technology devices including admin personnelWhat you'll need:

4+ years related experience with technical certifications or higherPreferably 2+ years of related experience and associates degree or higher relating to information technologyAbility to use different forms of technology (WMS, Microsoft Office, Asset Tracking Applications, Scanners, etc..)Ability to accept responsibility for work assignments and job duties, and to be held accountable for successful completionAbility to follow directions, and to work with minimal supervisionAbility to utilize elevation equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts to access network hardwareAbility to take initiative, and to work with a sense of urgencyAbility to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs.; frequently up to 50 lbs.; and occasionally up to, and over 100 lbs.Must be comfortable working on a ladder and scissor lift at up to 40 lbsAbility to reach outward, stand, and walk; frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, and sit; and occasionally, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type using a keyboardPreferred experience in networking equipment management including Ubiquiti, Cisco/Meraki
