Two Barrels is hiring a Senior Referral Affiliate Manager to join our team. This is a remote position. Our main office is in Spokane WA, and we have satellite offices in Austin TX and Salt Lake City UT.It's a traditional employee role with company benefits.
We are looking for a Senior Referral Affiliate Manager to help manage our affiliate profile, build affiliate relationships, and lead competitive analysis. This role will require someone who excels in an autonomous position and can lead negotiations to close deals. They will work with our marketing team to make updates to our affiliate programs as our services change and evolve.Location:Remote | Spokane - Austin - SLC |

Wage:$100,000/year
Responsibilities:Maintain our affiliate profile, grow it, and make sure it ranks wellDevelop relationships with key affiliates in the Registered Agent and Domains industries through research, referrals and networkingStrategize long-term affiliate growth opportunitiesComplete competitive analysis on regular basis to help our program stand outRecommend process improvements and coordinate with various teams to address affiliate program needsDeliver affiliate marketing reports to stakeholdersManage business negotiations with customersWork with management team to execute and close new affiliate dealsCommunicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunitiesOngoing research (or knowledge) of affiliate marketing trends, compliance and tracking related changesMinimum Qualifications:At least 3 years professional experience in a service based affiliate management roleExperience or knowledge of Registered Agent and/or Domains industriesExperience leading business negotiations and closing dealsProven experience implementing successful process improvements and new program ideasThorough experience using affiliate platforms, experience with ShareASale a plusUnderstanding of web analyticsExceptional customer service, communication, and organization skillsMust be a problem solver, one who hustles to find a solution and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job doneWhy you might like this job:
