Must sell and differentiate the value of Boston Scientific and Boston Scientific products to customer groups and individual decision makers.Principle ResponsibilitiesBusiness Planning & Sales ExecutionEnsure effective execution of Boston Scientific's strategies and tactics within assigned geographic areaDevelop effective business plans to execute selling strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans and are tailored to geography and customer contextReview and analyse market/customer data to support and execute strategic planningIdentify key decision makers for the use of our products and conduct customer meetings within assigned territoryMaintain current CRM recordsAchieve sales goals for all promoted productsFoster commitment to Boston Scientific and our productsEducate HCPs on the correct use of our products in the disease in which they are approvedOptimize time and efficiency within a large geographic area in order to maximize impact and resultsUtilize resources for greatest sales impactReview and analyse data/systems/processes to identify and create business opportunities and to improve tactical implementation of strategic goalsComply with Boston Scientifics code of conduct and policy guidelinesDemonstrate in words and actions the values of Boston Scientific

Corporate experience in marketing, sales ops, training or other commercial functions a plus.Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plusSuch experience that demonstrates the ability to accomplish the principal responsibilities outlined.
