You will work with the Shop Manager to focus on delivering maximum profit, controlling costs, volunteer recruitment and development, stock generation and nurturing a St Barnabas hub at the heart of your community.**Qualifications and Experience:**Applications are welcome from candidates with GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent, plus an NVQ or equivalent in a retail/commercial, customer-led or fashion-based area would be desirable.You will have a successful background of at least 1 year in retail preferably in the charity and/or commercial sector, with proven people supervision and financial target achieving experience. A passion for charity retail, with social media, fashion and collectable knowledge and experience is essential.
