Marketing Coordinator - Property Management

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring marketing and analytics strategies to meet organizational objectives. The Marketing Coordinator's primary duties fall into three categories: 1.) Drive portfolio's performance through brand awareness, marketing initiatives and leasing strategies; 2.) Perform ongoing marketing analyses, set performance metrics, and identify areas of opportunity; and 3.) Oversee technological strategies, integrations, and interfaces as they relate to marketing, sales, and resident retention.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage property websites design and functionality, ensuring quality and accuracy.Manage SEM, including paid advertising and SEO using a third-party agency.Manage internet listing services to attract leads for the properties. Monitor performance, ensure integration is working, and negotiate best pricing.Design and distribute approved Corporate Newsletters; assist properties with best practices for newsletter design and contentOperate the corporate LinkedIn account, posting relevant and engaging material to attract followers; Actively expand follower base to meet targets.Coordinate ordering of site and corporate promotional items. With the input of business leaders, produce and maintain business development materialsImplement and share best event practices.Build strong relationships with conventional properties, industry vendors, and ownership groups.Develop effective marketing tools, policies, and best practices for property use by staying current on industry trends.Assist Community Managers and Regional Property Managers in developing and monitoring the marketing budgets, plans, and projects for their respective properties.Manage the procuring of marketing and promotional materials for properties and company.Oversee Google Business pages, review responses, and encourage campaigns to offset negative reviews.Manage data entry and moderate/administer best practices regarding social media accounts (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)Assist with acquisition and disposition of properties.Review, update, and make recommendations on rent changes, advertising specials, amenities, property marketing, and trafficRegularly report on key performance indicators that are related to marketing including leads per source, cost per lease, and review scores.Assist with special projects, site administration, and other tasks when assigned or requested.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years + in Property Management
2 years + in Marketing
Experience with YARDI and/or RentCafe
Degree in Marketing or Design
Preferred Competencies:
Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; can get messages across that have the desired effect.
Bright and intelligent; deals with concepts and complexity comfortably; described as intellectually sharp, capable, and agile.
Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars.
Display original thinking and creativity; meet challenges with resourcefulness; generate suggestions and innovative approaches; present ideas and information in a manner that gets others' attention.
Full Time, M-F 8-5
