Overview

Job Summary:

A Doorman/Bellman at Black Desert Resort is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming first impression to guests, assisting with luggage, driving resort vehicles to transport guests, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This position reports to the Front Office Manager or Guest Services Manager and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service.

Pay Range:

$13.00/hour plus Tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors. If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $16/ hour inclusive of tips

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with luggage and other items upon arrival and departure.Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about the resort's amenities and services.Assist with the transportation of luggage to and from guest rooms in a prompt and courteous manner.Drive resort vehicles to transport guests to various locations within the resort or local area.Help maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby, entrance, and surrounding areas.Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality setting is preferred.Valid Utah driver's license and satisfactory driving record.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
