Lead Analytics

Kaseya is hiring a Lead of Analytics to join our Strategy and Operation team supporting our Executive Leadership team.
What you'll do:
As a Lead, Analytics and Operations, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in building a unified data environment. This role focuses on consolidating data from multiple platforms to create comprehensive datasets, enabling a holistic view of the business. This role is perfect for someone with strong SQL skills and experience working with data from multiple platforms who is eager to take on more responsibility in developing robust analytics systems that can scale with organizational growth. Essential Responsibilities:
Data Unification:
Use advanced SQL to query, transform, and analyze data from different sources (e.g., cloud databases, CRM, ERP systems) into comprehensive datasets to support analytics efforts across the organization.Analytical Frameworks:
Develop and implement scalable analytics models and dashboards that can accommodate evolving business needs and provide real-time insights and performance tracking.Data Processing:
Build and maintain efficient data pipelines leveraging SQL and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data accuracy and integrity as it moves through various systems and processes.Process Optimization:
Continuously improve data processes, ensuring best practices in data governance, quality control, and workflow efficiency.Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with department leaders to understand their data needs, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Leadership & Team Development:
Lead and mentor junior analysts, creating a collaborative culture that fosters innovation and professional growthYou would be a great fit for this role if most of the following are true:
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).Experience in working with multiple data sources and consolidating data into comprehensive datasets.Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and actionable way.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Understanding of data governance and data quality management principles.What you'll bring:
A bachelor's degree Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in data analytics or related technical roles.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes.Exposure to cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake) is a plus.
