Oracle Scrum Master Leads

This shall involve, but is not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Advise organizations through their Lean-Agile transformation, using scaling frameworks and identifying and optimizing value streamsFacilitate agile ceremonies such as product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple agile teamsCollaborate closely with the product owner to prepare and clarify the product backlogLead collaboration initiatives with developers, stakeholders, product owners to translate business objectives into user stories and development effortsHelp draft precise, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteriaAssist in developing product strategies that deliver customer value and drive business growthLead teams through story grooming, decomposition, and development estimationCoach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practicesConfigure and maintain an agile project management tool (JIRA, etc.)Challenging and improving the operation of the team, improving their performance and capabilitiesBuild a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solvingSupport the team to improve their technical work by reviewing results and establish lessons learned as well as track the improvementFacilitates getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the workInteract and communicate effectively with logistics and technology senior/middle managementParticipate in MRO process improvement workshops identifying gaps, and providing solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processesApply basic skills and experience in systems development, detailed knowledge of business processes, technical background and supervisory skills to implement business solutionsRequirements:

2+ years

experience as Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum MasterSAFe / Agile / Scrum experienceExperience in working with Agile teams and Agile development practices, including sprint planning or grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily scrumMust have program and project management skills, and excellent presentation and communication skillsExposure to working with teams in virtual environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer relationship management skillsDesired Skills:

Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification is a plusCertified SAFe Practictioner (SP) is a plusEducation:

Bachelors Degree in computer information systems, programming engineering, technology and/or relevant professional RPA certificationsSecurity Clearance:

Must have an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).
